    In compliance with current regulations, the entity Green Global Farming, operating via the internet from the website https://greenglobalfarming.org, sets out below the general terms and conditions governing the contracting of the products and/or services offered through it, from which the rights and obligations of the parties arise.

  6. Modifications
    The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms, without this affecting goods or promotions acquired previously by the User before the modification.
    The User undertakes to carefully read the contracting conditions each time he/she proceeds to contract a product, since they may have been modified since the last time he/she accessed them.

  7. Nullity
    If any clause included in these Terms is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, with all other provisions remaining in force.

  8. Purpose of the Contract
    The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual sales relationship created between the provider and the user at the moment the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process by means of the mechanisms set out below.
    The contractual sales relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed on the website, of one or more specific products.
    Each of these products may be subject to specific regulations through the particular contracting conditions of each of them, which will be detailed further in the section on warranty, returns, withdrawal, or in the product’s own technical data sheet, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging or their own nature.

    Registering as a User provides access to the website, the purchase of products and the receipt of newsletters with information about the company and its products.
    The user is fully responsible for the use and safekeeping of his/her access credentials and for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider. The user undertakes to use them diligently, not to make them available to third parties and to notify the provider of their loss or theft or of possible access by an unauthorised third party.

  10. Geographical Scope
    This website operates and sells in Europe and America. This geographical scope shall hereinafter be understood as “the Territory”. Therefore, it ships and distributes products in the Territory. The use of this website as well as any purchase made on it is deemed to be carried out in Spain and is therefore subject to the current Spanish laws and regulations.

  12. Taxes, Currency and Shipping Costs
    In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the website are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
    Prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in all cases will be expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping costs or any other additional services associated with the purchased product.

  14. Steps in the Contracting / Purchase Process

14.1. Registration
To start the product contracting process on https://greenglobalfarming.org, it is necessary to be a registered user of the website. If you have access to the application, you will complete the following data in My Account; remember that access is granted by Green Global Farming, as these are wholesale sales. The mandatory data requested on the following page will be: username or email address and password.
Once registered, the user may log in with his/her username and password to the profile control panel in order to manage all the functions made available by the provider, such as modifying personal data.
Once registration is complete, you may proceed to purchase your product(s).

14.2. Purchase Process
The purchase process is simple and straightforward.

  • Billing information, the customer knows how much will be invoiced, with the invoice payable within 15 days

  • Shipping information, tracking number

  • Payment information, via bank transfer

  • CRM system, parallel bank tracking alongside the sale

Provisions to be taken into account in the purchase process.

  1. Product Availability
    Product purchases are stock-based. An internal, customised program with proprietary development based on a CRM called SuiteCRM is used to control stock of our products in all shops that have signed a contract to work with us. In the event of a delay in shipping, the customer will be notified in advance by email.

  2. Types of Products
    This website is a commercial link, as the product goes directly from the producer to the end customer. It offers a wide variety of top brands at very competitive prices for all types of agricultural products, grouped into categories for easy searching.

  3. Maximum Order Amount
    There is no maximum order amount.

  4. How to Extend or Cancel My Order
    You cannot extend an order in progress; you must complete the purchase and place a new order.
    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact info@greenglobalfarming.org
    If you wish to remove an item from your order, you may delete items you do not want provided the order has not yet been processed, by contacting info@greenglobalfarming.org.
    If you wish to completely cancel your order, you may do so by sending an email to info@greenglobalfarming.org within 24 hours of order confirmation; in this case, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 72 business hours.
    If an item or package arrives damaged, always notify the transport company within 24 hours or contact info@greenglobalfarming.org.
    If you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@greenglobalfarming.org.
    In some cases, due to technical limitations, https://greenglobalfarming.org reserves the right that the images shown for its products may not correspond exactly to reality (different formats, colours). In case of doubt, please contact us at info@greenglobalfarming.org.

  5. Shipping Costs, Methods and Delivery Time
    Shipping costs are determined by the supplier’s transport company and will depend on the shipping area and volume; the larger the order, the lower the shipping cost.

  6. Delivery Time
    The time between placing the order and the date of the first delivery attempt corresponds to the sum of these two factors:

  • Preparation time (24 to 48 hours) = validation and verification of your data and payment + preparation of your order.

  • Transport and delivery time, indicated in business days, ranging from 1 to 2 days for smaller orders and up to approximately 7 days.

If you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out. It is recommended that upon receiving your order you check that everything is correct and that the packaging is in perfect condition, then sign the delivery note. In case of any anomaly, contact our Customer Service (see its section).

  1. Invoice
    Where can I view my invoice? The customer can view the invoice through the CRM immediately.

  2. Value Added Tax
    In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the website are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

  3. Payment Methods
    In general, the User may choose between the following payment methods:

A) Virtual payment gateway, by credit/debit card, for which the following, among other details, will be provided:
(i) first name and surname;
(ii) card number;
(iii) CVV/CVC;
(iv) card expiry date.

Once all purchase information has been validated (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address), an option will appear to choose the payment method you wish to use and to enter your details.
If the payment platform reports that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed online and immediately of the cancellation, as mentioned above.

IMPORTANT: All credit card transactions are handled by the company SISTEMAS DE FIDELIZACION CITIWORLD, S.L.

B) Bank transfer
You must make the transfer to the account that will be indicated in due course.

IMPORTANT: As the transfer reference, you must indicate only the order number that will be provided to you.

CASH ON DELIVERY IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Your card details will not be stored in our database, as they will be entered on the secure website of the chosen bank.

  1. General Provisions on the Payment Process

  • The payment order given by the User necessarily implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the order.

  • Regardless of the payment method chosen by the User, all payments are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the relevant financial institutions or secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Iupay, etc.).

The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in cases where there are indications of fraudulent transactions, reporting any conduct that may be subject to investigation for fraud prevention to the competent authorities.

  1. Returns of Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products or Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:

    ● To retain title and full ownership of the item until full payment has been received from the customer.

    All information provided by the User to the Provider through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the User’s responsibility to keep the data supplied to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages resulting from having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.
    Access to the website does not entail any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and timeliness of the information supplied by the User through the corresponding forms.
    The Provider shall not be liable in cases where parents, guardians or legal representatives of underage or incapacitated Users must authorise access, the provision of personal information, the use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the web applications or platform. It is the responsibility of such parents, guardians or legal representatives to supervise access, use and the contracting of products and services provided through https://greenglobalfarming.org, by the minor or incapacitated person.
    Access by Users to the Content does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to monitor the absence of viruses or other computer elements that may have a harmful effect on the User’s computer equipment.
